  17.      GATLING is a Microsoft Windows 3.0 program which periodically shoots
  18.      a spray of bullets across your computer screen, leaving a trail of
  19.      bullet holes in your windows.  These bullet holes remain on the
  20.      screen until the windows are refreshed by Windows itself.  This
  21.      program has a couple of useful (if frivolous) purposes: if your
  22.      tendency is to fall asleep on your keyboard during those long word
  23.      processing sessions (or late nights playing Reversi), this program
  24.      will effectively wake you back up every so often.  Better yet, to
  25.      surprise a colleague who uses Windows, run this program and hide its
  26.      icon behind some other window (such as Program Manager) just before
  27.      your friend sits down to work.  Then stick around and watch the fun!

  29.      The program's normal mode is to blast the screen at time intervals of
  30.      about 90 seconds (on average), with a minimum time of 30 seconds
  31.      between blasts.  This operation can be modified by a command line
  32.      parameter, which specifies the desired average interval in seconds.
  33.      The minimum interval used will be 1/5th of the average interval
  34.      value.  Note that each blast can take 2 seconds, so an average value
  35.      of less than 10 seconds is not recommended!
